Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

To be effective under the DMCA, your notice must include ALL of the following:

    • URL where the work appears

  2. Identification of Infringing Material

    • URL of infringing material on our website

  3. Contact Information

    • Your signature (physical or electronic)
    • Name, address, phone number, and email
    • Statement of good faith belief

  4. Accuracy Statement

    • Statement that information is accurate
    • Statement under penalty of perjury of authorization

Our DMCA Process

  1. Initial Review (1-2 Business Days)
  2. Investigation (Locate material and evaluate claim)
  3. Action (Remove material if valid)
  4. Counter-Notification (If applicable)
